File: 80-5 Mr. Roy A. Wehe AOS Pacific Mutual Bldg. 660 Market Street San Franoisoo 4» California Dear Roy; I understand that Mr. Bertolaeci has sent to you the work sheets covering revised estimate of revenue under our proposed rates adjusted to reflect changes in motel and apartment house rates. I was somewhat shocked to learn from him that the estimate will be approximately $20,000.00 less than the estimate shown in Table R of your original report. X think we will have to give consideration to a revision of sane of the other rates to make up this deficiency. I am asking Bill Johnson to give all of us the benefit of his views as to the rates which could stand an increase. After you have gone over the revised estimate, X wish you would furnish us with the results and also your views as to increases in rates. Mr. Reinhardt would like to discuss the question with all of us in the near future and determine at that time whether or not a revised tariff should be filed prior to the next hearing. Of eourse it would be best to avoid this if possible. Xf you are not going to be able to discuss this matter in Los Angeles in the near future, please let ue have the benefit of your views by mail. Very truly yours, SCR: LI? Edward C. Renwick oc - Mr. Wm. Reinhardt Mr. W. H. Johnson APR 13 v: Id: CL n
