A standard type of batch mixer shall be used, I. Air slacked cement or cement which is lumpy, whatever the cause shall not be used. J. Mixing time not less than 1-g minutes. K. Forms shall be clean. L. Mechanical vibrators shall be used. M. Reinforcing bars shall be free from scale, oil and structural defects and shall be kept so on the job. N.
