ROSS CIARK; Referring to your letter cf January 11th* enclosing — j letter from Mr* Bracken relating to painting roofs and woodwork on Company cottages at Las Vegasi were erected and are now in bad shape* Some time ago we made a roqgh estimate of the cost of painting them vfaich amounted to $5,000. It will still require about that sum to properly do the work* I think this is a job we should endeavor to contract and if you decide to do the work I will take it up with some of the painting concerns in this city who are equipped to perform such work mechanically and obtain figures from then* The cost will have to be charged to Operating Expense.
