Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of Main Street, distant thereon S. 27° 45' W, 16.2 feet from the westerly prolongation of the center line of Ogden Avenue (formerly Ogden Street) as said streets are shown on map of Clark's Las Vegas Townsite,record­ed in Book 1, page 37 of Plats, records of said County; thence N. 62° 28' W. 689.5 feet; thence S. 85° 55' 56" W. 1223.1 feet, more or less, to an intersection with the east line of said Section 28, said intersection ly­ing southerly, measured along said east line of said Section 28, a distance of 1288.9 feet from the souther­ly boundary line of Bonanza Road as said Bonanza Road now exists 80 feet wide; thence S. 85° 53' 39" w. 1325 feet, more or less, to a point in a line parallel to and lying easterly a distance of 7.5 feet, measured at right angles, from the west line of said n e £ of the NE£ of said Section 33, said point being distant S. 40 feet, more or less, measured along said parallel line from the north line of said NE-j- NE£ said Section 33. The side lines of the above described 20 foot strip of land are to be prolonged or shortened so as to termin­ate at the existing northwesterly boundary line of widened Main Street. The said side lines shall be prolonged or shortened at all angle points, so as to terminate at their points of intersection.
