I agree.'m Los Angeles - June 1 1 , 1 9 5 3 36-15-Nev. Mr. L. R. Maagt cc: j ^ v I enclose suggested draft of letter to be written to subdividers making application for water main extensions which letter has been approved by Mr. Reinhardt. I presume, under your current practice, you will continue to send to Mr. Reinhardt all necessary data for his prior approval of any proposed contracts and that having secured that approval, you will then furnish the Water District with necessary copies of the enclosed letter for their approval, returning two copies to you, one for their file and one for transmittal to the subdivider, and at that time you will also furnish the water District necessary data with respect to the nature of the proposed work to be done including the estimated cost thereof. This procedure may seem somewhat unwieldy but I think it is the only one we can legally follow. Meanwhile, I am still working to have the City rescind its present regulation with respect to any other form of letter from the Water Company. E. E. Bennett Enc to each
