"We are preparing our registration list for 1952 license. Plates are sold from December 15th to January 51st, Inclusive. As we are extremely rushed at that time, we would appreciate your bringing in personally or mailing us the permanent registrations for vehicles you intend to license. Please arrange to mall or bring in personally the registrations before November 15th. We will advise you as to the amount and when you may call for your lloense. Your cooperation will be appreciated.* Will you please furnish permanent registrations for Railroad Company vehicles for which 1952 licensee will be required. W.H.Johnson
