Location of facilities constructed is shown on attached print B-6l6, dated April 14, 1953. 2 - Construct 730 LF of 6M cast iron water mains and 25 LF of 6” fire hydrant connections to serve business district immediately north of Fremont Street between 21st and 23rd Streets, Las Vegas, Nevada. This project was: (a) constructed under an agreement with Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company acting as Trustee for a group of individuals which was dated June 25, 1953» (to) authorized by Las Vegas Land and Water Company W.O. 733, dated May 1, 19531 (c) constructed by one of the parties to the Trusteeship under private contract: (d) was completed May 20, 1953. Location of facilities constructed is shown on attached print B-6l6, dated April 24, 1953. Under terms of above mentioned agreement CLD 11342, the cost of these projects will be added to the basic purchase price. This letter is sent you in duplicate.
