Las Vegas, Nevada, to be granted by LVL&WCo. to F. F. Garslde and A. E. Cahlan: I am enclosing herewith the following documents: 1. CD No. 31138. Purchasers' executed counterpart of agreement between LVL&WCo. and F. F. Garslde and A. E. Gahlan, ooverlng option to purchase 26,250 sq.ft, of land in Lae Vegas, Nevada. 2o CD No. 31138-A, LVLAWCo. LS Deed Audit No. 4820. Deed from LVL&WCo. to F. F. Garslde and A. E. Cahlan conveying land covered by the above option agreement. Will you please arrange delivery of the agreement to the Purchasers through Mr. Bracken's Office and pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 of the agreement arrange in due course for escrow proceedings. Please also advise me amount of revenue stamps affixed to the deed. Frank Strong
