(g) FROM R-A to R-4 A portion of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of Section 21, Township 20 South, Range 6l East, M.D.B. & M., more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner thereof, thence west along the south line of said Sec­tion 21, a distance of 8i2.6l feet, thence north and parallel to the west line of said Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼), a distance of 222 feet to point of beginning, thence north and parallel to the west line of said Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) 954.70 feet to a point; thence east and parallel to the south line of said Section 21, a distance of 251 feet, thence south and parallel to the west line of said Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) a distance of 350 feet, thence east and parallel to the south line of said Section a distance of 200 feet, thence south and parallel to the west line of said Southeast Quarter (SE^) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼), a distance of 619 feet more or less to a point 222 feet north of the south line of said Section 21, thence west and parallel to the south line of said Section 21, a distance of 455 feet more or less to the point of beginning. (h) FROM R-A to C-2 A portion of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of Section 21, Township 20 South,Range 6l East, M.D.B.& M., and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 21, thence west along the south line of said Section, a distance of 1332.61 feet, thence north along the west line of said Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼), a distance of 826.70 feet, thence east and parallel to the south line of said Section, a distance of 520 feet, thence south and parallel to the west line of said Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼),a distance of 600 feet more or less, to a point 222 feet north of the south line of said Section; thence east and parallel to the south line of said section, a distance of 455 feet, thence north and parallel to the west line of said Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼), a distance of 6l9 feet; thence east and parallel to the south line of said Section 21, a distance of 353.63 feet more or less to a point on the East line of said Section 21, said point being 826.70 feet north of said Southeast corner of Section 21, thence south along the east line of said Sec- tion 21, a distance of 826.70 feet to the true point of beginning. (1) FROM R-A to R-3 A portion of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of Section 21, Township 20 South, Range 6l East, M.D.B.& M., more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said section, thence Northerly along the East line of said Section 21, a distance of 826.70 feet to a point of beginning; thence continuing northerly along said East line 501.24 feet to the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼), thence westerly 1324.63 feet to the North­west corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼), thence southerly along the west line of said Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) 500 feet; thence easterly and parallel to the sixth line of said Section 21, 520 feet; thence northerly and parallel to the west line of said Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) 350 feet; thence easterly and parallel to the south line of said Section 21, 251 feet; thence southerly and parallel to west line of said South­east Quarter (SE¼) of Southeast Quarter (SE¼) 350 feet; thence easterly a distance of 553.63 feet more or less to a point on the East line of said Section 21, said point being 826.70 feet north of Southeast corner of said Section and the point of beginning. SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its final reading and adoption, and final publication as in the next section provided. SECTION 4. The City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas shall cause this ordinance to be published once a week for two successive weeks immediately following its first reading and adoption in the Las Vegas Review Journal, a daily newspaper published in the City of Las Vegas. Baker____________________ ATTEST: Mayor Shirley Ballinger /s/_____ City Clerk The above and foregoing ordinance was first proposed and read by title to the Board of Commis­sioners on the 19th day of October, 1955 and referred to the following committee composed of Commis­sioners Bunker and Sharp for recommendation; thereafter the said committee reported favorably on said ordinance on the 2nd day of November, 1955 which was the regular meeting held on the 2nd day of November, 1955, that at said regular meeting held on the 2nd day of November, 1955 the proposed ordinance was read in full to the Board of Commissioners as first introduced and adopted by the following vote: Voting "Aye": Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and Mayor Baker.
