Charleston 3 Slots St BEER BAR Motion seconded by Commissioner Pecoole and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Jarrett• Commissioner Bunker that action on the application of Johnny Lane, Johnny's, 115 N. 1st for license for 1 Race Horse Book for the first quarter of 1953 be deferred until January 7, 1953. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Peccole voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple and His Honor passed their votes; Absent: Commissioner Jarrett. commissioner Bunker moved the application of Sam Cohen, Tivoli Turf, 126 North 1st St. for a license to operate a Race Horse Book be denied. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Peccole passed his vote; Commissioner Jarrett, Absent. Commissioner Whipple moved the following applications for Gaming License for the first quarter of 1953, being changes of owner, operator and name of business, be approved: Harry F. St 28 Fremont 5 Slots First Nat'l Bank for Ethel Rapoport (Change of name from Thrifty Liquor) Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent; Commissioner Jarrett. SERVICE & MATERIEL WARRANTS Commissioner Whipple moved that Service & Material Warrant no. 2359 in the total amount of $829.12 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Jarrett. HYDE PARK #2, Final Map Commissioner Peccole moved that upon the recommendation of the city Engineer and the Final Map of Hyde Park Tract #2 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Jarrett.
