Location of said water mains and fire hydrant connections will he as Indicated on map which X will furnish you as quickly as It has been prepared and furnished roe by Mr. R. L. Adamson. SUBDIVIDER AGREES: 1. At its own expense to furnish all necessary labor and materials and to construct: (a) Approximately 6?0 LP of 8* oast iron water mains. (b) Approximately 655 LF of 6tt cast Iron water mains. (c) Approximately 20 LF of 6*' cast Iron fire hydrant connections• The cost at constructing said water mains (exclusive of cost of constructing fire hydrant connections) Is the agreed sum of $L,66o.OO. 2. Said water mains shall be constructed of 8s and 6“ Glass 150 oast Iron pipe and shall be In accordance with Federal specifications WWP H21 Type 1. All joints shall be cement. All fittings shall be new, all bell oast Iron equal to ASA Standard Glass 250. All valves shall be double disk, parallel seat bronze mountings conforming to A W A standards, not less than 175 lbs., and all valve boxes shall be of oast iron of appropriate size for each valve. Unless otherwise approved by a duly authorized repressntative of the Company, all pipe valves and fittings shall be manu­factured by the Pacific States Oast Iron Pipe Company or Mueller Company. All pipe tines shall be chlorinated In accordance with AWWA specifications, shall be subject to the approval and acceptance of State and City Health Authorities, end shall be constructed at an elevation to be designated by a duly authorized representative of the Company, but in no event shall there be less than 36 “ of covering over such water mains. All workmanship, material and installation of said water mains shall be subject to the approval and acceptance by a duly authorized representative of the Gompany. 3 To stake water lines
