Campbell, President of Las Vegas Valley Water District, and a reply received, dated May 31* 1956, from Mr. Renshaw of the Water District, in which the Water District agreed to quitclaim the easement between points **AH and **VW of Agreement with the Water District, dated June 1, 1953* covering the sale of the water production and distribution system at Las Vegas to the Water District.
