June 8, 1953 I also enclose for filing an original consent to said special meeting of the Board signed by all of the members of the Board of the District and a conformed, uncertified copy of the minutes of the special meeting. - I am also enclosing for filing original letter dated June 4, 1953* addressed by G. William Coulthard, Secretary of the District, to Edward C'. Renwick submitting the originals of the above mentioned agreement after execution by the District. I am also sending to each of the persons to whom a copy of this letter is addressed a conformed copy of the above mentioned agreement, except Messrs. Stoddard,Reinhardt and Rouse, who have already received copies of the agreement, and except Mr. Peart. E. E. Bennett Ends.
