?fch.6 entire unit was being replaced it was not considered proper to disturb the amounts that had been set up in depreciation reserve to take care of future replacements of the water plant* fhe matter of accounting for these replacements and betterments was questioned in 1928 by the Public Service Gommis sion of Nevada and after taking the matter up with the General Auditor it was decided not to make any adjustments and the Commission was advised accordingly* Under the circumstances we are not in a position to either make any adjustments in our accounts or recommend that any adjustments be made*
