PFE Company, Las Vegas Gentlemen: In connection with meeting of committee selected to consider Question of Railroad Company obtaining its supply of water for railroad facilities at Las Vegas, Nevada, by using shop well: I understand the question arose as to whether the Railroad Company had a vested right to 2.5 CFS in Well No. 1.
