(o) Ry actual cost is meant the cost of all material and supplies delivered to the Job* the cost of all labor employed in connection with the installation of said water main, the cost of premiums on contractor's surety bond, Public Liability* Property Damage and Contractor’s Gontractur&l Liability Insurance* plus ten percent (lo$) for supervision and overhead* (d) The contract will further provide for refund of 35$ of the revenues derived from the sale of water to consumers located within the subdivision above referred to* taking service from the lines Installed hereunder* during the ten year period following the completion of the installation or until your cost (exclusive of the cost of the fire hydrant connections and fire hydrants) has been refunded, whichever first occurs.
