    executing and delivering “Lease with Privilege of Purchase*, dated July 1, 1929, from this company to Mr. M. I. Black, cover­ing Lots 3 and 4, Block 24, Clark's Las Vegas Toimsite, Las Vegas, Nevada, together with four-room house situated thereon (approved by President Gray in his letter July 13, 1939),con­sideration $3,500, payable $250.00 in cash and balance at the rate of 145.00 per month, with interest at 7$ per annum, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made, seconded and oarried, it was, by unanimous vote, BEOOLVEDt that the notion of the President and Secretary in executing and delivering deed, dated July 15, 1929, from this company to 0. J. Potthoff, covering Lots 17 and 18, Block 23, together with five-room house located thereon, Clark's Las Vegas Towns!te, Las Vegas, Nevada; this property having been gold to Mr, Potthoff under “Lease with Privilege of Purchase* agreement dated November let, 1924, consideration $2,800, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Cn motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was, by unanimous vote, RESOLVED: That the action of the President and Secretary in executing and delivering deed, dated March 29th, 1929, in favor of Francisco Barrera, covering Lot 10, Block 7, Tract 1887, Term©, California, as per map recorded in Book 27, page 72 of Mens, rec­ords of San Bernardino County; this lot having originally been sold under regular form of agreement (approved by Mr. Calvin's telegram 0-925 of November 8, 1938), dated January 25, 1928, con­sideration $100.00, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was, by unanimous vote, RESOLVED: That the action of the President and Secretary in executing and delivering deed, dated May 22, 1929, from this com­pany to Alfred 0. Petersen, covering Lot 9, Block 3, Tract No. 1897, -1 0 -
