Potthoff, covering Lots 17 and 18, Block 23, together with five-room house located thereon, Clark's Las Vegas Towns!te, Las Vegas, Nevada; this property having been gold to Mr, Potthoff under “Lease with Privilege of Purchase* agreement dated November let, 1924, consideration $2,800, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
