The following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification; Work Order No, 18, issued May 26, 1965 to cover amount of 150.00 received from Los Angeles County Flood Control District as consideration for storm drain easement over portion of vacated Lomitas Avenue, in Tract No. 13i|3, City of Industry, California, described in Las Vegas Land and Water Company easement Deed Audit 60I4.I dated August 17* 196l|j land for which easement was granted will not be retired from Investment Account, but amount of $50»00 received will be credited to Aeoount 201 to reduce the ledger value of the tract of land of which easement is a part.
