Koppel • • Koppel agrees to Indemnify Land Company for all claims* demands and causes of action from injury to or death of persons* or loss of or damage to property* occurring on subject property. Koppel at its expense shall keep and maintain property and chattels in good repair. Ho changes* additions* replacements or alterations shall be made without written consent of the Land Company. Land Company reserves the right to enter upon, inspect and examine property. Agreement shall not be assigned or premises sublet, without first having obtained written consent of Land Company. During term of agreement, Koppel shall at it# expense keep all improvements and chattels insured against loss by fire and the perils covered by extended coverage insurance. Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and assigns* be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. Adopted
