I agree.Las Vegas - January 31, 1949 * 2 > 5 Mr. Wm„ Reinhardt: Effective January 1* we commenced serving water to the new Naval Armory in Lae Vegas, located Just east of Blltmore Annex #1. We have previously advised the Navy that we do not use meters in Las Vegas and that the flat rate for service to the Armory will he #18.50 per month. However, to satisfy government regulations, they require a contract covering this sale of water and 1 am attaching same in quadruplicate together with letter of transmittal which Is self explanatory. Inasmuch as it requires the application of the corporate seal, I am sending you ease for execution. We will arrange for submission of monthly bills here. A. M. Folger
