We further wish to advise that these three refrigeration machines use very little water. The only water used is through evaporation from their cooling tower, inasmuch as the water is recirculated through the tower, Anderson Dairy makes no ice. These machines are used only to pump ammonia throughout their refrigeration system. It is believed that your company must have your records confused, and be considering these machines as ice making machines. We trust that the above will serve to clarify your records and that you will adjust your charge in accordance with the true situation at the plant of our client. Very truly yours jn m p .c ; VTWhTwo jl . tdktjpc? By Qlifmra A, Jones cc: Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada \
