Maag, Manager of the Water Company, the various documents, maps and property referred to in paragraph (m) of Section 1 of the Sale Agreement of June 1,1953 which are to be delivered to the District outside of escrow Under paragraph (b) of Section 6 of the Escrow Instructions you are to receive written notice from the Sellers and the District that the Sellers have delivered to the District these documents, maps and property. X am asking Mr. Maag to deliver to you a notice, which has been signed by the Sellers, notifying you of the delivery of such property. Will you please see that the officers of the District who sign the Escrow Instructions sign the notice to you that the documents, maps and other property have been delivered by the Sellers to the District outside of escrow.
