\ tto) A 8 H I S M I S T Entered into Key w 192^ between the Town of Stockton, party of first part and John F.Connor and hay 1®Connor, parties of second part* Parties of second part assign transfer and convey ante party of first part all their right, title and interest in and to the w&tere of Soldier Greek including the waters of the so called Honorine springe and also in and to Stockton Main Pipe line, the so called Honorine Pipe line - - - expressly reserving full ownership and control over the private service line of the parties of the second part from the property of said parties in the Town of Stoekton up to its connection with the so called Honorine pipe line , a distance of approximately 306 yards Party of first part does hereby release and quit* claim unto parties of first part all right, title and interest in and to said "Connor Service Line".
