Mo. 8095 Bear Sirs Referring to your letter Ootober 19 regarding your recent purchase of property at 121 South 15th Street, Las Vegas: We regret that we are unable to comply with your request concerning payment of monthly water charges to the private residence on this property, due to the fact that there is only one connection to serve the six-unit apartment and the separate dwelling. In the event the tenant of the dwelling failed to pay for water service over a period of several months, it would be necessary for us to discontinue service to both the apartments and the house. fhersfore, to avoid discontinuance of service and inconvenience to yourself and your tenants, charges for water service to the six apartments and the private dwelling must be paid by yourself or your representative.
