    tlce, the same shall be constructed by Union Pacific of 39-inch cast iron or pipe * of a similar character. Said proposed pipe line shall be constructed In the location shown in broken rod and white line between points marked V and I on said Exhibit ’:A* j (b) to construct a 24-inch pips in the loca­tion shown in broken rod and whit# lino between points marked X and 1 on Exhibit *A* and an S-ineh pipe line in location shown in broken red and white lines between points marked T and D on Exhibit *A”, it being understood that unless the parties can a-gree on the type of said 24-inch and 3-inch pipe lines within ninety (90) days after such written notice, Union Pacific shall construct such pipe lines pursuant to good engineering practice and of the approximate capacity hereinabove mentioned! (c) to relocate the pumping station now locat­ed at point HH to a new location shown in solid green square on Exhibit nAn near point R. The right to construct said pipe lines hereinabove referred to shall include the right to construct pumps, valves, connee-tions and appurtenances. It is mutually understood and agreed that the estimated cost pf said pipe lines referred to in this section, Including all appurtenances and the pumping station, is Three Hundred Thousand Dollars (#300,000.00). Section 3. In the event the pumping station referred to in subparagraph (c) of Section 2 hereof shall be relocated as therein provided, Union Pacific, prior to such relocation, agrees to grant to the District by separate instrument a par­cel of land approximately 3*00© square feet in area for the construction of said relocated pumping station shown by green
