Friday as Mrs. Juanita Davis i asked damages of $12,469 from j her landlords, E. P. Tate and i Bessie Tate, peorge Rudiak is •attorney for the plaintiff iri the -action. ! , Mrs. Davis, in her complaint I alleges she rented cabin number 18 at 618 South First street in i June, 1945, with the understand­ing-that the quarters were to be used for light-housekeeping pur­poses. The usual furniture; was provided, but there was no wa­ter in the house, according to the complaint. A water faucet in the yard was used by tenants, tHe* com­plaint outlined.
