Although Mr. bhassberger suggests that he feels the District should obligate it3«lf to purchase all of the lands as Indicated on the drawing.,, which drawing outlines in red the total twelve hundred acres, more or less, I assume from your letter that it is your thought and your interpretation of Mr. Sharaberger»s letter that the only land the ""istried desires to purchase is the 679.42 acres, which you describe as "water bearing landsn and which were designated by hr. Wehe in his testimony. In addition, of course, the District would b® obliged to purchase necessary acreage for the right® of way of pipe lines and pole lines. If I am incorrect in this aasuiaption, would you please advise i»t? With best wishes for theniw Year, l remain Very truly yours */ E« X.
