It i® apparent then that under this section of the haw, the Company has legally extended its services whenever it has been profitable to do so. In conclusion, the Commission is of the opinion that the water that may be used by Complainant will in no way impair the service to the present consumers and that the has Vegas hand & Water Company should furnish Complainant with water service at the above desired location under a rule to be added to and made a part of the services and main extensions of the Company’s rules and regulations, to read as follows? "Whenever an application for water service is received, which will require the Company to extend its main more than 150 feet, exclusive of the length of the service pipe for each customer to be served, the customer or oust osiers shall enter into a contract to advance sufficient money to cover the cost of making such extension. The amount advanced will be returned to the cust«er or customers at the rate of twenty-five (3SW §|gl cent of the monthly bills for water over a period of not more than five years; the amount, if any, remaining unrefunded at the expiration of that period, becoming the property of the Company. The main extension becomes the property of the Com­pany immediately upon completion of its construc­tion and will be maintained by the Company at its own expense.? For the future, and until changed by order of this Commission, the above rule relating to services and main extensions shall become part of the rules and regulations of the Las Vegas Land & later Company*
