    W. H. Johnson May 1, 1953 factory to Mr, Purdy, Incidentally, I do not believe that I would change the amount of rental indicated in your proposal on account of changing this line. If convenient to you, I believe it would be advisable to stake the lease out for Mr, Purdy so he will know definitely where the limits of his lease are located, sinde he has indicated to me that he would construct a fence along the northerly, easterly and westerly lines of the lease. However, if it is not convenient for you to have a field party from Los Angeles set these stakes, I may be able to arrange to have the division survey party set a few stakes, Mr, Purdy has stated that his company now is incorporated and the proper name for any new lease which might be prepared should be P, J.
