V* P e a r t : When inventory was taken our representative listed items of material marked with a red X on sheet Ho* 3# of the Inventory, and the District Accountant failed to list these items on his Inventory* After the taking of his Inventory, the District Accountant left and has not returned, however, he turned his inventory list over to Mr. L. J* Loren, District Accountant, who has "been working here continuously* Mr. Loren and I have since com p ared lists. With respect to items not listed on District’s copy of inventory, Mr. Loren advised that he had Mr. Davis and Mr. Doyle verify that the items missed are on hand and that is good enough for him* There is also an item marked X on sheet 7 of the inventory, which was not on the ground at the taking of the Inventory and was added to our inventory at a later date. This item was agreed to by Mr* Maag and General Manager of the Water District, and Mr. Loren also stated that is good enough for him. Final sale price figures will have to be supported in accordance with Exhibit E-3 of t h e sale agreement, therefore, it is suggested that you have typed the following: X.
