    Mr.Bracken- We use a testing tank as shown on the attached slip# (Jet a tank and attach gauge glass as shown. Start weighing in 1-foot of water(62§#) beginning at water level 0. Weigh in five feet and mark point(5*) Weigh in an additional 5* and mark point (10*) 625#* She t^nir we have here shows about 4•* in heigth on gauge glass per foot the second foot should show 8** and so on if Tank is nearly cylindrical/.She water should be weighed in at least twice so a check can be had to determine if pointers are ri^it. In this way you get several checks on Tank i.e. weighing the water and a test from meter, also the gauge glass measurements, fhe meter to be tested is placed on supply to tank and as you know the tank weights are correct the meter should be tested by the tank • Shut off water after it reaches the 5ft or 10ft level and it is an easy matter to determine if meter over or under registers. We can get a blue print for you showing all measurements etc as used to test meters at the local Dept., if you wish. Yours truly,
