I agree.I fPTT This amount is apportioned by the Las Vegas Land & later Company to its various operating accounts, as is also the salary and expenses of Mr. Bracken, Agent at Las Vegas, The item of laundry, $375.82, is for laundering of towels and bed linen, etc. The work is done by the Troy Laundry at Las Vegas, who make us a price of $1.60 per hundred pieces for the towels and bed linen, 10$ each for spreads and 40$ each for double wool blankets. When the house was first opened in April, 1912, it was not very well patronised, and on June 19, 1912, the rates were reduced. The rental of the house at full capacity under the old rates was $610.50 per month, and at the new rates $495,00 per month, a reduction of $115.50. For the eight months covered by the attached statement the house was rented to 86^ of its capacity. The deficit for the nine months prior to that covered by the statement was, $1559.60 The deficit for the period covered by the statement, 1152.43 Total deficit to date since the opening of the house $2712.03 This, as stated once before, does not include any interest on the investment.
