    Silver King Mine 
    Notice of Location
    By virtue of an act of Congress approved May 10th 1872 we the undersigned to the day Locate and Claim 1500 Linear feet on this Lead Lode on Ledge of [not legible] Barring [not legible] Running in an Easterly and westerly Direction this mine is Situated about 3 miles west of the Colorado River and 1 ½  mile South of the Colton Wash and 3 miles South East of the morning Star Mine and is Located as follows [not legible] at the central monument in which this Notice is [not legible] running and running in a Easterly Direction 800 Linear feet thence 700 Linear feet in a Westerly Direction from said Central we [not legible] also claiming 300 linear feet on each side of the Ledge with all dips spurs and angles [not legible] there to 
    This mine will be Known as the SIlver King Mine
