In title I, under the heading "Department of State-Administration of Foreign Affairs-Embassy Security, Construction, and Maintenance", insert before the period at the end the following: "Provided, That not to exceed $500,000 may be used for the establishment, not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, of an office to establish, plan, or otherwise further the goal of relocating to Jerusalem the United States Embassy to Israel in accordance with the Jerusalem Embassy Act of 1995 (Public Law 104-45), including for the establishment of chancery offices and official diplomatic and mission offices in Jerusalem (or plans for such establishment), land use determinations, liaising with appropriate governmental agencies or consular bodies or foreign governments or entities, consideration of architectural plans, and devising security and personnel protocol".
