You accept and hereby agree to fully and faithfully comply with'all of the provisions of the Nevada Industrial In­surance Act, and that before the commencement of any work under this letter agreement, you will deliver to the Nevada Industrial Commission, a notice duly executed by you to the effect that you accept the provisions of said Act and any subsequent amendments thereto, and further you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Water Company from and against all claims, demands, payments, suits, actions, proceedings, recoveries, awards and judgments of every nature'and description, including attorneys’ fees and cost pre­sented, brought or recovered against the Water Company, which may arise or grow out of any of the work performed under this agreement, 9. It is understood and agreed that you will commence work within thirty (30) days from and after the date of this letter agreement and shall handle the work hereunder in an expeditious and workmanlike manner to the satisfaction of the Vice President of said Water Company, or his representative. 10. It is agreed and understood that your employees are not and shall not be considered as employees of the Water Company. 11. The location of the line of the trench for said water mains and laterals in the streets and alleys specified here­in, the depth of said trench, the'size of the pipe to be laid in the respective streets and. alleys, shall be as designated from time to time by the Vice President ef the Water Company, or his authoriz­ed representativeo 12.
