Sutton) Inferring to Mr. Bennett's letter of April 6th, sent to yea with Mr. Bouse's letter ef April 8th, with respect to proposed sale ef the water production facilities ef the railroad to the Las Togas Land sad Water Company. the head issue to he floated by the Las Togas Talley Water District for the purchase of the production and distribution facilities falls to win the approval of the To tors of the District, we should hare ?ore substantial evidence than an open account to present if we find it necessary in the near future to file another application for an increase la water rates. Mr. Bennett is the one whereby the Water Conpaay Issue bonds to cover the purchase ef the production facilities. Las Togas Land and Watsr Company to Issue twenty year percent bonds to purchase, and the Dalon Pacific Railroad Company to accept such bonds in payment for the water production facilities at Las Togas, ffevada. Per reasons stated la Mr. Bennett* s letter, in the event Xt seems to as the better of the two plans offered by X therefore recommend that authorisation be granted the APR 15 1953 Lrt C* C.
