EL Bennett Submitting herewith are letters of submission to Mr. Stoddard and Form 3<5 Estimates covering extension of water mains to serve Charleston Park Subdivision Tracts No*s 1 and 2, Las Vegas, Nevada. I understand Mr. Adamson will furnish work order prints to cover each of these submissions. These projects are projects for which the Subdivider has requested the Water Company to furnish a letter stating that It will extend its water mains to serve proposed subdivisions as one of the requirements of the Las Vegas Board of City Commissioners prior to official approval of subdivisions and I am therefore furnishing you herewith, one copy of letter which I propose to furnish Mr. Welngart after these projects have been approved by the executives of the Water Company. You will note that this letter has been approved by the District. Am also submitting herewith one copy of letter to the District requesting approval of the above mentioned letter to the Subdivider and approval for construction of each of these projects under the terms of Agreement **C“L.D. 113^2 dated June 1, 1953? which you will note has also been approved by the District.
