On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Johnson in executing Agreement C.L.D, N0. 11320-5, dated April 1 , 1963, amending Contract Audit N0. 10681, dated April 20, 1 9 5 3 , effec­tive May 1, 1 9 5 3 , with Otis Elevator Company, covering mainten­ance of one freight elevator (Machine N0. 8585*0 , in Union Pacific Building, 422 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, California, by increasing the service charge from #25.05 per month to #2 8 .0 7 per month, effective May 1, 1 9 6 3 ; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Johnson in executing Agreement C.L.D, No. 1 4 4 7 0 , dated March 29, 1963, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Water Company", and Southern Counties Gas Company of California, called "Licensee", whereby Water Company grants Licensee permission to lay and con­struct, and thereafter to maintain, repair, renew, use and oper­ate an 8-5/8 inch steel pipe line for the purpose of conveying gas, along and across property of the Water Company, being Lots 2 , 3 and 4 , Block 5 » Tract No. 1 3 4 3 , City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, State of California; term 5 years, effective March 29, 1963, consideration #5,00 as rental for the term, subject to -2-
