    LAS VEGAS LAND AMD WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION San Gabriel Valley Water Co. 717 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary How in executing C.L.D. 15420, easement dated May 12, 1966, Las Vegas Land and Water Company grant to San Gabriel Valley Water Company, to construct, operate and maintain water main and appurtenances in, over, under, along and across five strips of land ten feet in width, described in said C.L.D. 15420, in City of Industry, California; subject and subordinate to the right of the Land Company to use and grant others the right to use said land described therein for any purpose not inconsistent with easement granted, in consideration of the grant of easement, San Gabriel Valley Water Company agrees to maintain said water mains and appurtenances in good condition and repair at all times, at its expense, indemnifying Land Company, and should San Gabriel at any time abandon the use of the described lands, or fail to use same for a continuous period of one year, the easement shall cease and Land Company shall have the right to resume exclusive possession; San Gabriel to submit plans and specifications for any construction or maintenance work
