    GAMING APPLICATIONS Commissioner Bunker moved that the following applications for additional gaming be Additional approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the licenses: Approved CINNABAR 122 No. 2nd Las Vegas Coin Machine 3 Slots JIMMY'S LIQUOR STORE 607 Van Buren Rancho Coin Machine Co. 1 Slot CECIL LYNCH'S FORTUNE CLUB 22 Fremont Cecil Lynch 1 Slot THE CHILI HUT 1608 Fremont Las Vegas Coin Machine 2 Slots Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Fountain. GAMING APPLICATION Commissioner Sharp moved that the application of John Randrup for 1/3 ownership in 5 Additional Owner slots at the El Rio Club, H & Revere, be approved and the Supervisor of License and El Rio Club Revenue authorized to issue the license. There is a favorable police report on the applicant. Approved Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Fountain. GAMING APPLICATION Commissioner Bunker moved that the application of Frank Cobert for an increase from Increase in Percentage 33-1/3% interest to 50% interest in the Race Book License at the Derby Turf Club, 113 of Ownership South 1st, be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue Derby Turf Club the license. This application was held in abeyance at the last regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners held March 4, 1959. Approved Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Fountain. CIGARETTE APPLICATIONS Commissioner Sharp moved that the following applications for Cigarette License be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the licenses: Approved JOE'S CHILI PARLOR 1415 N. "D" Sutton Vending Service SUPERIOR CLEANERS 306 Stewart Sutton Vending Service HURVIE'S ROTISSERIE 1400 N. "E" Sutton Vending Service Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Fountain. BELLEVUE SUBDIVISION The Commission considered the Bellevue Subdivision Tentative Map submitted by Ed Tentative Map Berger, located between Crestwood, Eastern, Franklin and Sweeney (formerly a part of Bel Air) and constituting approximately 4 acres. Approval recommended by the Approved Planning Commission subject to the stipulation that there be no violations of ordinances in regard to lot size, setback lines, etc. Director of Planning Bills presented this tentative map to the Commission explaining that this is a one-street, 20-lot subdivision, and that in connection with the stipulation of the Planning Commission that obviously any approval presumes all ordinances will be held to, but inasmuch as there has been some difficulty experienced in some of these lots they would like to have this as a matter of record. He also stated that this is a 50' street and is a continuation of an existing street. Commissioner Sharp moved that the Bellevue Subdivision Tentative Map be approved, subject to the stipulation that there be no violations of ordinances in regard to lot size, setback lines, etc. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Fountain. BEVERLY GREEN NO. 4 The Commission considered the Beverly Green No. 4 Tentative Map submitted by H. W. Polk, SUBDIVISION located north of St. Louis between Rexford and 6th and constituting approximately 10 Tentative Map acres, Approval recommended by the Planning Commission subject to the dedication of a 20' alley between St. Louis and Canosa in Block 3. Approved Commissioner Bunker moved that the Beverly Green No. 4 Tentative Map be approved subject to the dedication of 20' alley between St. Louis and Canosa in Block 3- Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Fountain. ALTA VISTA NO. 4 The Commission considered the Alta Vista No. 4 Tentative Map submitted by Royes Petersen SUBDIVISION located on the north side of St. Louis between 6th and 10th Streets. Approval recommended Tentative Map by the Planning Commission with the understanding that the sanitary sewer trunk line now being extended along St. Louis Avenue from Maryland Parkway to 10th Street will Approved be extended by the subdivider. Director of Planning Bills stated that this subdivision is east and adjacent to the Beverly Green No. 4 Subdivision. Commissioner Bunker moved that the Alta Vista No. 4 Tentative Map be approved with the understanding that the sanitary sewer trunk line now being extended along St. Louis Avenue from Maryland Parkway to 10th Street will be extended by the subdivider. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Fountain. 3-18-59
