Ritter: If satisfactory, please secure necessary approvals, and handle to execution on behalf of Las Vegas Land and Water Co., Lessee under the above contract, the attached proposed Extension Rider for the extension of Contract Audit No. 8727 between the Railroads and the Water Co.,covering water pipe lines at Las Vegas, Nev. Law Department advises this instrument may be executed by the Vice-Presihent of the Land Company with the consent of the Executive Committee pursuant to Section 3 of the By-laws. When Rider has been executed by the Land Company, please return the duplicate originals to me for further handling.
