Folger Gentlemens In order for us to furnish electrical energy to meet the power requirements of the Union Pacific Railroad Co. in Las Vegas, Nevada, it will be n e c e s s a ry for us to construct a 3^*500 volt transmission line, which line will cross the railroad tracks at the location shown on the enclosed print. It would be appreciated if your office would submit this matter to the proper departments for their consideration, and if the proposed construction is satisfactory to them request them to prepare the usual railroad crossing agreement.
