Davis and Nan K. Davis, doing business under the firm name of M, W. Davis & Co., Jewelers, 311 Fremont Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, terminating effective December 26, 1941, lease agreement, Audit No. 9870, between Las Vegas Land and Yi/'ater Company and said Morrill W. Davis and Nan K. Davis, as extended to October 1, 1942, covering advertising sign or signboard, Las Vegas, Nevada; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing Notice of Termination, N.L.D. 800, dated December 20, 1941, addressed to Will Beckley, Las Vegas, Nevada, terminating effective December 26, 1941, lease agree­ment, Audit No, 9898, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Will Beckley, dated April 1, 1938, as extended to April 1, 1942, covering advertising sign or signboard site, Las Vegas, Nevada; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. 1 -8-
