    (g) The construction of a three-phase power line connecting with the facilities of the SOUTHERN NEVADA POWER COMPANY so as to provide power for the operation of the water production facilities upon the lands shown tinted in pink on Exhibit "A" in location shown by brok­en red and white line between points D and Y and Y and V on said Exhibit "A". (h) The removal of that certain pipe line shown in broken black and white line between points KK and LL on said Exhibit "A". (i) The removal of that certain pipe line shown in broken black and white line between points II and JJ on said Exhibit "A". (j) The removal of those certain three-wire power lines shown in broken black and green line between points AA and BB and between po i n t s ?FF and HH on said Exhibit "A". (k) The removal of those certain six-wire power lines, two-wire telephone circuits and two telemeter wires shown in broken black and green lines between points CC and GG on said Exhibit "A". (l) The removal of that certain cast iron pipe line shown by broken red and black line between points marked A and E on Exhibit "A", that certain cast iron and transite pipe line shown by broken red and black line between points marked A and K on Exhibit "A", and that certain pipe line shown by broken red and.black line between points marked R and HH on Exhibit "A". The performance of said work, the completion thereof and payment therefor shall be at the times and in the manner provided in this Section 5 . The top of all pipe lines to be constructed (except those within the boundaries of the pumping station site described in sub-paragraph (l) of Section l) shall be at least four feet (41) below the surface of the ground. Immediately after the work described in subparagraphs (a) to (g) of this Section 5 has been completed and the facilities therein described placed in operation, the pipe lines and wire lines described in subparagraphs (h) to (l) of this Section 5 shall be removed from the lands of the First Parties and the sur­face of said lands restored to substantially the same condition ex- 1 6 .
