Bates, General Land and Tax Agent Re: Las Vegas Land and Water Company Distribution System Gentlemen: In accordance with your instructions, we have compiled the following list of easements granted to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company subsequent to our letter report dated May 19, 1953, which list includes those easements recorded on or before May 1, 1954: 1. Your File No. 1-931. A. W. Ham, et ux, W. E. Ferron, et ux, Forest R. Mildren, et ux, and Colorado River Exploration Company, Ltd. , grantors. Easement dated February 13, 1943 and recorded November 23, 1943, as Document No. 174199, Clark County, Nevada records. This easement covers a portion of the water line situate in Oakey Boulevard at the Southwest corner of Ridgeview Tract No. 5. This easement was not reported previously as it was within a dedicated street at the date of our report. 2 2. Your File No. 1-931. Colorado River Exploration Company, Ltd., grantor. Easement dated February 13, 1943 and recorded November 23, 1943, as Document No. 174200, Clark County, Nevada records. Covers the pipe line located within the West ten (10) feet of Ridgeview Tracts No. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, from the North line of Oakey Boulevard to the center line of Franklin Avenue. This easement was reported previously in our letter report of June 8, 1953.
