I agree.July 19, Dear May, l trust by now you have received the carton of brochures and 15 of the show cards announcing the Sands 2nd Annual Bridge Tournament to be held October 26-29. These were shipped to you by Garret Freight Line from Las Vegas on Wednesday, the 19th. Would you please fill the "take-one?╟Ñ boa on the show card with brochures and place several around the office for visitors. Please hold the unused balance of the cards, as from thee to time Mr. Waterman or Z will advise where to send one in your city along with a supply of brochures. Z am enclosing a copy of the ad which will be running in the Los Angeles Times mad Herald Examiner on September 6, 18 aid 26. Please note that the ad calls for the coupon to be sent to Mr. Waterman here at the Sands aid we will send the requested brochures. However, since your tele- phone number is in ths ad ?╟≤ and also in tbs September 12th and 16th ad naming in the Wall Street Journal - you should be receiving direct calls for information or brochures ?╟≤ 1 would very much appreciate your keeping a record of the name and address of anyone who requests a brochure, so we can in- clude it in our total eotmt of ad inquiries received and also for our nailing list nemt year for the third tournament.
