Mr. Roesselet recently purchased from the Clark, Cahlan and Grant, the pbfjtion of the Blltraore Addition bounded on the west by pain street, on the north by the Oppedyk Property, on the east by the Stewart Burial Plot, ontthe south by the Stewart School and the Blltraore subdivision, and a piece of property approximately 6oo* by 200* In the rear of the Oppedyk and the State of Nevada Department of Highways property, upon which he proposed to construct a trailer park. As this property is zoned R~l, it was necessary to request “M-l* zoning to permit construct! n of a trailer park, but due to protests filed by residential property owners in this area, Roesselet has withdrawn his application.
