Reinhardt - Los Angeles) This refers to your letter of October 31, 1951, ^4:1::'' file £0-9, about the monthly billing of management expense to Las Vegas Land and Water Co. under Contract Audit No. 74531. Under date of November 7, 1951, Mr. Stoddard advised his approval of the proposal to bill management expense monthly instead of annually as stated in the contract, and this arrangement will be placed in effect as of October 1, 1951.
