RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Osborne in executing Letter Agreement C.L.D. No. 13180, dated January 21, 1959, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Diversified Builders, Inc., covering the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, e<|uipment and supervision necessary to reconstruct portion of roof on warehouse and office building occupied by Frigidaire Sales Corporation, 3251 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, California; consideration $10,500.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
