LAS VEGAS LAND AMD WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION 717 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing C. L. D. No, lfj.910 dated August 25, 196^, whereby Las Vegas Land and Water Company grants to Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company an easement for railroad purposes, over, along and across the two paroels of land situate in the City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, State of California, being portions of Lots 1 and 2 of Block 22, Tract #13i|3, together with the 30* of that portion of Ninth Avenue 60* wide, as vacated by Resolution #28i| of the City of Industry, and portion of Lot 2, Block 21 of Tract #13i|3» be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
